As a trained electrical engineer, he is an accomplished manager with twenty (20) years of experience. An entrepreneur, developing innovative projects and transforming business models. Experience in strategic planning, with a creative operations and finance management approach that focuses on results. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead personnel to reach expected results.

After earning his hotel management degree and HEC diploma, the last twenty (20) years managing Seniors Homes, his leadership creates an environment where his managers grow and thrive providing quality and results.  With his knowledge of operations, sales, marketing and building management, his contribution helped grow the Senior home business specializing in memory care. The memory care approach is innovative especially with the newer project in Lachenaie which opened in march 2021. It is positioned to deliver the best care for seniors in the region.

He has developed numerous projects and numerous senior homes as a promoter and developer. Mr. Tremblay has more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry, his high level of energy and his involvement in his projects are a source of motivation for any individual who is lucky enough to work with him. His reputation precedes him with his mastery in the field of construction and financing.

He obtained a doctorate in medicine at the University of Oran. He then completed his training in Paris with specialized diplomas working with burned victims, allergies and geriatrics. Ahmed also earned a master's degree in health economics and health services management. Arriving in Quebec in 2015, he worked as a clinical nurse at the CHUM  before managing seniors' homes for close to ten (10) years. Recognized for his skills in leadership, negotiation, and innovation in care, Ahmed describes himself as pragmatic and results-oriented.
